I’m Cynthia Cox, and alongside my husband Ron, we’re proud to serve families in Hoschton, Hartwell, and the surrounding communities through Caring Transitions. Both of us have spent our careers helping others, me as a real estate agent who’s always gone the extra mile during relocations, and Ron in education and publishing, where he’s led teams and supported school systems. Eventually, we both stepped into business ownership, driven by a shared belief in putting people first.

We’ve also been on the other side of life’s transitions, helping aging parents move into senior communities, saying goodbye to loved ones, and sorting through belongings filled with memories. It’s hard. When we discovered Caring Transitions, it felt like everything we’ve done, personally and professionally, prepared us for this. It was a natural fit.

We live in this area, worship here, and are raising a family that includes four kids and a dozen grandkids. We’re active in local care ministries and nonprofit work, and we want our business to be an extension of those values. Our goal is simple: to provide practical help and heartfelt support to families navigating one of life’s most emotional seasons.
